Overview/Introduction
This knowledge base article will help you understand how to forget a Wi-fi network. Forgetting a network is often a helpful step when you are having problems connecting to Wi-Fi.
NOTE: If your device doesn't appear in the listings, or is a different version from the ones pictured below, you may need to do a Google search for your specific device's instructions on forgetting a wireless network.
Mac OS (Apple)
- Click the Apple Menu, then select System Settings
- Click Wi-fi in the sidebar
- Tap the three dots surrounded by a circle next to the desired network you wish to forget, either Ursinus Secure or Ursinus Public.
- Choose Forget This Network, then click Remove to confirm.

Note: This process is for the latest version of Mac OS (Ventura). Older versions will differ; please do a Google search to find out how for your specific version.
iOS (iPhone)
- From the home screen, choose Settings.
- In the settings menu, choose Wi-Fi.
- Locate the Wireless network you wish to forget, either Ursinus Secure or Ursinus Public, and click the blue symbol next to the name.
- Tap the Forget This Network at the top of the screen.

- It will then ask you if you wish to forget the network, click the Forget button.
Windows 10
- Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
- Choose Network settings.
- Click on Manage Wi-Fi settings.
- Under Manage known networks, select Ursinus Secure or Ursinus Public.
- Then click Forget

Android
- From the home screen, choose Settings.
- In the settings menu, choose Wi-Fi.

- Locate Ursinus Secure or Ursinus Public and tap or press and hold it.

- Choose Forget.
