Importance of Your Campus ID

Your Campus ID is more than just an identification card. It’s your key to accessing pre-approved spaces, the Fitness Center, the Library, and it’s linked to your Bear Bucks, Dining Dollars, Meal Swipes, and printing account. Always carry your Campus ID with you, as it may be required to access certain College buildings, services, and events.

Obtaining Your Campus ID

To get your Campus ID, we require that you visit Tech Support located at the front desk on the main floor of Myrin Library. For security purposes, we require your presence to start the process and print a new card for you. Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out the “Campus ID” service form.

Replacing a Damaged Campus ID

If your Campus ID is damaged or not working properly, bring it to the Tech Support center. We will replace it free of charge. Please note that you must bring the broken/damaged card for charges to be waived. The replacement process can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours, depending on the complexity of the issue and the current workload at the Tech Support center. Again, your presence will be required to begin this process. Upon arrival, in this case you will also be asked to fill out the “Campus ID” service form.

If your ID is found after it is replaced you will need to make sure you shred it to secure your access and accounts.  It will be inoperable for some associate services but not all please dispose of the card by shredding it or submitting to Tech Support to be destroyed.

If you know your ID was stolen you must report this immediately to Campus Safety (call 610-409-3333). For lost and stolen card replacements your presence will be required. Upon arrival, you will also be asked to fill out the “Campus ID” service form.
