Access Duration and Notifications:
After graduation, you'll keep access to your Ursinus email and Office 365 until early August. Two weeks before your account is set to close, you'll start getting reminders. These reminders are to help you remember to save anything important you have in your Email, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Stream, etc.
Extensions:
If you'll need more time with your email and Office 365 after the closing date - for things like ongoing academic projects, grad school applications, or job hunting - extensions can be granted by having a faculty/Staff member, your advisor, or the Provost’s Office fill out the approval form at this link.
