Benefits of Secure Global Print with Delayed Job Release
-
Enhanced Document Security: By delaying the release of print jobs, you can mitigate the risk of sensitive documents being left unattended or being picked up by someone else.
-
Improved Workflow Management: Delayed job release facilitates better workflow management by allowing users to send lower-priority print jobs during peak printing times, but not release them until off-peak times when the printing device is less likely to be busy. This helps to optimize printer usage and reduce bottlenecks at the printer.
-
Flexibility and Convenience: You can benefit from the flexibility of scheduling print jobs according to their convenience, without being constrained by the availability of printing devices or concerns about document security.
