Overview/Introduction

ID pictures can be uploaded by visiting the Ursinus Student/Staff Photo Upload site - bearbucks.ursinus.edu/photoupload.php

**you will be prompted to login with your Okta credentials, if you aren't already logged in

Details

When choosing a picture for your ID, keep in mind this is your official college ID.  Below are the requirements for a valid picture:

  • JPEG format, color photo
  • Not larger than 1500 x 2000 pixels
  • At least 300 x 400 pixels
  • File size can be no larger than 5000 KB
  • Resolution must be at least 72 dpi
  • Crop: Should be cropped slightly above head to middle of chest
  • Plain Background: Should be taken against a plain, light background
  • Color Photo: Must be a color photo
  • No Accessories: Must not include sunglasses or hat
  • Face Camera: Must be positioned directly facing the camera
    • Eyeglasses are acceptable
  • Look At Camera: Eyes should be open and looking at the camera

FAQs

Uploaded photos not meeting the above requirements will be rejected.
