Overview/Introduction

This is a quick guide to logging into the Ursinus College Service Portal to access our knowledge base, search for answers, or submit a ticket for service.

1. When you come to the main page...

2. ...You can find the "Sign In" button to the top right of the page.  Click it!

3. You will be taken to the Okta login page.  Enter your Ursinus credentials (example: use your email: username@ursinus.edu or just your "username", and your password).

4. When you've successfully logged in you will see your name appear at the top right.
