Details
Before proceeding with the below instructions, please note that if you enrolled at Ursinus before 2005, you need to contact the Ursinus Registrar to receive your unofficial transcript, 610-409-3605. If you enrolled in 2005 or later, you can follow the steps below to receive the unofficial transcript.
- Visit Student Self-Service
- Enter your Username and click 'Continue'
Your username is the username you had while at Ursinus. Default username for most students is created using the first two letters of the first name, and the full last name. This can vary slightly due to duplicates by adding a number after the last name. Example: three Joe Smiths - first Joe Smith would have josmith, the second Joe Smith would be josmith1, the third Joe Smith would be josmith2, etc.

- Enter your password or Click on 'Forgot your password'
Many graduated students don't know the required password, so clicking 'forgot your password' will walk you through the process to find your password.
This process includes sending an email to the registered personal email address you had while at Ursinus, or one which you registered after graduated. After clicking the 'forgot your password, go to step 5 below.

- Enter Username and personal (non Ursinus) email address registered in Self-Service or you registered while at Ursinus.
Again, your username would likely be the first two letters of your first name, followed by your last name (see info in step 2 above).
If you have the correct info, go to step 6 for info. If you think you have the correct info and you don't receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.
If you do not know this info or you need further assistance, you will need to contact Ursinus Tech Support for user identification which may require an online ID verification.

- If your account can be identified with the supplied personal email address, follow the directions in the email you receive - similar to the example shown below.

- Once logged in, select Academics-> Unofficial Transcript

- Click the link to download a copy of your transcript
If you have questions or difficulties please visit the Unofficial Transcript support service page.
