Overview/Introduction
This is a quick guide to accessing and viewing tickets that you create within this portal.
Details
- Visit Ticket Requests (Found on the Services Tab of the requests.ursinus.edu website)
- The top area of the page allows you to see how many new or current tickets you have open with us. It also gives you the ability to change the format to Excel or print a web view of this list:

- In this search area you can filter and search for tickets by name, ID, status, department, and more...:

- This final area of the page allows you to browse the list of tickets available from your search and reorder them based on the column (see example below):
