This will be a time when we can meet and go over any questions and ideas you have for what you're looking to do with technology during your event.

Faculty, staff, and students organizing campus events.
Where Can I Get It?
Contact us for an Event Consultation by simply clicking the Request Service button to the right.
How Do I Use It?
Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before your event.
Please include the following information in your request:
Name of your event
Event Location
Event Date
Event Start Time
Event End Time
Contact organizing technology for the event and contact present at event
What services you need: (video recording, microphone, computer projection, etc.)
Expected Attendance
Please include a brief description of your event: (banquet, guest lecture, info session, fundraiser, etc.)
Is There A Cost?
Not typically, if we have all resources available for an event's needs.
