Discrimination Report

What Is It?

Use this form to report discrimination or discriminatory treatment you have experienced, witnessed, or been told about. Discrimination occurs when someone is treated differently or denied opportunities because of a protected characteristic such as race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy), disability, or other legally or institutionally protected identities.

Examples can include:

  • Being denied access to a program, service, or opportunity because of a protected identity
  • Differential treatment in grading, advising, or employment based on identity
  • Exclusion from activities or opportunities because of protected characteristics
  • Harassing conduct that is severe or pervasive enough to create a hostile environment under campus policy or law

If you are not sure whether something is discrimination under policy or law, you should still report your concern. Trained staff will review it and determine how it fits under applicable policies (e.g., non‑discrimination, harassment, Title VI, Title IX, disability accommodation).

This form is not for emergencies.
If there is an immediate threat to anyone’s safety, call Campus Safety at 610-409-3333 or 911 first, then complete this form if appropriate.

After you submit this form:

  • The report will be reviewed by the appropriate office(s), which may include Campus Safety, the Title IX/Title VI coordinator, Student Affairs, Human Resources, or other designees.
  • They may contact you to gather more information, explain options (informal resolutions, formal complaints), and connect you with support resources.
  • Information may be used in formal investigation and resolution processes and to help identify and address broader patterns or systemic issues on campus.

You may choose to provide your name and contact information or report anonymously. Providing contact information allows the college to follow up with questions and share information about available options and support.

When to Use This Service

Use this service when:

  • You believe you or someone else has been treated unfairly, denied benefits, or subjected to hostile environment because of a protected identity.
  • You have experienced or observed behavior that may violate the college’s non‑discrimination or harassment policies, or federal/state non‑discrimination laws (e.g., Title VI, Title IX, ADA).

Do not use this service when:

  • There is an ongoing, immediate threat to health or safety → Call Campus Safety / 911.
