What Is It?

This service is available to assist students, faculty and staff with device hardware and software needs (Mobile, Laptop, Tablet or other) related needs. This is for devices both issued by the college or independently owned for the Ursinus College community.

Where Can I Get It?

You can receive help via Tech Support by clicking the red "Request Service" button to the right.

How Do I Use It?

Self-service or Assisted depending on your scenario. 

Is There A Cost?

Cost associated with these services are totally dependant on the preferences, your status or issues that arise. Costs will vary widely depending on your case.
