What Is It?
This service allows for access to telephone services, applications and devices while on and off Ursinus College's campus.
Who Is the Primary Audience?
Faculty and Staff (Student usually under special or work-related circumstances).
Where Can I Get It?
Reach out to Tech Support (610-409-3789) if you have a request or problem to have addressed. Submit a request to create a ticket by clicking the button to the right labeled "Request Service". Fill out the form that follows and submit.
How Do I Use It?
Via Mitel Connect on your laptop/desktop, a campus issued VoIP phone, or in conjunction with a personal or college issued mobile device. Tech Support can assist with setup if needed.
Is There A Cost?
There is no apparent cost associated with this service passed on to any end user currently unless requests are special or non-standard in nature.
