What Is It?
This service is a way to report a general issue and submit a ticket to the Facilities Service Desk when you are unsure of the nature of the issue. Someone from the Service Desk will review the information you provide in the description to determine how to route your request, so please be provide as many details as possible. The Facilities Service Desk staff may need to collect more information from you in order to get your request to the right team.

How Do I Use It?
To request support with a specific issue directly from the right team, please first browse through the IT Service Catalog or do a keyword search using the Ursinus College Service Portal search box located at the top of the page. Before reporting a general issue, let's see if your issue falls under any of the most common issues. If so, select the specific service to submit a ticket.
- Carpentry
- Events/Moves/Furniture
- Electrical
- Lock Shop (Keys, Access)
- Plumbing (All water related issues, Clogged toilet, Flooding, etc.)
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, etc.)
- Signs (Nameplates, other signage etc.)
- Special and Miscellaneous Requests (Pest control, painting, flooring, additional custodial services, etc.)
