Overview/Introduction
Is my Ursinus virtual event better as a Zoom Meeting or a Zoom Webinar?
Here are some questions to consider:
- What is the format of the event?
- Presentational--Lecture, One-direction communication
- Meeting--Discussion, Collaboration, Multi-directional communication
- Who is your expected audience?
- Small Interest area, Entire Campus, or Surrounding Community?
- Attendance amount: Under 300, Over 300, or over 500?
- If audience is over 500, broadcast support is needed--contact Tech Support
