Overview/Introduction
In our continuing efforts to secure our IT systems and protect the privacy of students and employees, many of the automatically-generated distribution lists are hidden from the Global Address Lists. These include the class lists, major/minor lists, and dorm lists (e.g. CIE-100-B, Biology Major, 2028).
Details
The lists still exist and can be used, but are hidden from the Global Address List in Outlook or webmail. You may still send to any list via its direct email address, which is the course and section number with no spaces or punctuation. Examples include:
