My Recently Visited Services

The Technology Support Center provides poster printing services for students and faculty for academic purposes. The printer produces high-quality, large-format color printing. The average poster size used for campus presentations is 30 inches by 40 inches, but other sizes can be printed.  Posters are limited to a maximum width of 42 inches.  Maximum length can vary so please contact us if you need assistance or have any questions. This is a publicly viewable service.


This service is a way to report a general issue and submit a ticket to the Facilities Service Desk when you are unsure of the nature of the issue.


This service is available to assist Ursinus College members with all device hardware and software needs.


Report general problems, questions, request training, and general Oracle related technical support for everyone on Ursinus College's campus.


Use this service to request a stipend payment for a faculty, student, or staff member. Complete all required fields — including the account/funding code and your approver's name — before submitting; incomplete requests cannot be processed. Requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the payroll date to be paid, or they will be processed on the following payroll

Request for cleaning issues, paper towel & toilet paper supplies, trash and other miscellaneous items.


Get help designing and setting up your Canvas courses.


For assistance with Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.


General Carpentry Request


This service helps alumni and previous students access their Unofficial Transcripts.


Submit a concern about a person’s well‑being or mental health so the CARE team can reach out and offer support.


For reporting email delivery problems and questions.


Faculty and staff can request that a Canvas course be created for them.


General heating and air issues


This service allows for connecting any device (laptop, phone, TV, etc) to the wireless network while on Ursinus College's campus.


Solstice enables users on any device to easily share, control, and mark up content on in-room displays to drive more efficient, engaging, and productive meetings.


Leak coming from toilet, sink, shower or other pipes


This service allows you to visit the Library, approach the “Learning Curve” front desk, and request assistance with IT issues or queries.


Replacement of burnt out or flickering bulb/lamp
Broken light


The service gives students access to a student organizations email mailbox.
