Allows Faculty and Staff to request on a students behalf an extension for access to their personal ursinus email (typically when leaving).
This service is a way to report a general issue and submit a ticket to the Facilities Service Desk when you are unsure of the nature of the issue.
Report damage to university buildings, equipment, or other property on campus so it can be documented and repaired.
Report a suspicious item, package, vehicle, or other condition that seems out of place or potentially dangerous so Campus Safety can assess and respond.
Submit a concern about a person’s well‑being or mental health so the CARE team can reach out and offer support.
Many classrooms have equipment permanently installed. Please check with Tech Support if you have any questions about the Audio/Visual equipment available in a certain classroom.
Report discrimination or discriminatory treatment based on a protected identity (such as race, religion, sex, disability, or other protected status).
Report sexual misconduct (including sexual assault, harassment, dating/domestic violence, or stalking) or sex‑ or gender‑based discrimination so the Title IX office can review and respond.
Report an incident or concern involving bias‑based behavior directed at you or someone else.
Access support with Archives and Special Collections.
Dorm dresser, or desk drawers off track or broken.
Bed or chair is broken
Faculty can request to combine course sections into one course for a given semester.
Report suspected hazing or hazing‑related behavior involving a team, club, or student organization.
You can use digital curation tools to showcase archival and scholarly works and create digital exhibits.
